        Two Investigators -  $120.00 per hour


ACTIVITY CHECK:  $70.00 per hour - 2 hour minimum.

MILEAGE:  Included


WITNESS LOCATE:
        Level-l    $125.00
                    (Includes Address forwarding, real property, social security record, & litigation searches)

        Level-ll   $250.00
                    (Includes Level 1 searches, plus inquires at last known address and immediate neighborhood)


RECORDED STATEMENTS:  $65 per hour


STATEMENT TRANSCRIPTION:  Billed per transcriber's invoice  (no markup)


SUBPOENA / PROCESS SERVICE:  $75.00 up to three attempts at verified address

                        
DOCUMENTATION:
        Video Tape                   No Charge for first copy to client
        Duplication & Mailing     $30.00 per each additional copy
        35mm Photographs       $20.00 per 24 frames or portion thereof


PRESENTATION OF EVIDENCE:
        Attorney or Medical Examiner review         $150.00

        Appearance at WCAB, depo, or                $300.00 (First 4 hours or portion thereof,
          arbitration hearing                                                thereafter at $75.00 per hour)


MISCELLANEOUS EXPENSES:
        Billed at cost.  (Client prior approval obtained when possible.)
